Ø Should be proficient in handling mails, couriers and bills and channeling them correctly
Ø Should be technology savvy and able to coordinate the Conference Rooms, projectors, common technology devices, telephone operations and telefax, scanners, mike and speaker facility
Ø Should be able to handle Incoming calls, efficient transferring of calls i.e. EPABX.
Ø Should have experience of administration and coordination work.
Ø Should have experience of database and documentation management.
