Job Description
Roles & Responsibility:
Technically responsible for a GSM/GPRS system or a part of a complex sub-system or multiple stacks/systems for its test strategyGuidance in test planning, automation strategy, test scripting approach, and guidance in test execution/result reportingReview of software specification from a testability perspective, and ensures that the test specification (derived from the system software specification) is created to provide adequate coverage in line with these test-cycle objectives.Ensures that the test specification captures test-bed and special tools needed and has adequate coverage of error cases and performance as relevantLoad and Performance Test plan development, test data preparationAnalyze performance related bugs for correctness and prepare the Load and performance test reportInteraction with customer to understand their test requirement and propagation of the same to the teamProvide technical test solutions to the customer requirements and RFPsMentoring for spreading technical expertise and ability to analyze various test strategy optionsReview of work done by others with respect to technical correctnessSuggest new testing methodologies in testing and scripting approachExplore new test tools and their applicability in current projectCompetence development of the team in new areas of technologyForesee the technical risks and prepare mitigation plansActive participation in imparting training/sharing of good practices and latest technology updatesResponsible for Competence development and tracking for teamShould the above description suit you career interest, please send you your updated resume with the following details to [HIDDEN TEXT]
