Job Description:
Engineers will work with global enterprise customers supporting end-user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation utilizing remote diagnostic capabilities.They also engage in proactive management of customers systems and infrastructure helping in software release management and configuration management. The product stack includesContact Center applications, unified messaging, IP convergence technology etcYou will be providing remote support to Avaya products at Tier 3 level.Should have experience in PBX, Telephony, VOIP, including TDM and IP. Contact center exposure (e.g. IVR, CMS, Unified messaging, Loggers, Call Center routing and administration ) would be a plusKnowledge about VPN, Firewall, Security, Switching, routing desired but not mandatoryCertifications from Avaya, JNCIA or JNCIP would be an added advantage Strong Communication, Trouble shooting & Analytical skills are a pre -requisite.
