Job Description
Infrastructure Management, General administration
Address & resolve all general admin issues effectively
Facility & Housekeeping Management
Co-ordination with personnel at all levels thereby ensuring effective operations
Liaise with the housekeeping agency for overall office cleanliness
Follow up Vendors for any information/Details required
Identification & development of Vendor
Responsible for centralized procurement of office supplies and placement of Just in Time indents to effectively control dead inventory
Attendance & Leave Management of the entire office as well as site staff
Liaise, book & co-ordinate with Hotels for booking conference/party venue, stay of guest & occasionally decide menu where requested for
