Job Description

Executive Search for a Leading Gulf Based Financial Investment Institution to identify Data Analysts Real Estate Investments to be based at Abu Dhabi

As Data Analysts Real Estate Investments you will be responsible for the following

~ Identify the best / most efficient processes to update data in an investment reporting system

~ Become experts on the data maintained to ensure the integrity of the system and the completeness and accuracy of the reports produced

~ Understand the process for how data flows into Efront

~ Develop a good working knowledge of main reports used by the department

~ Ascertain data sources for data stored

~ Support Decision support reporting analysts in developing new reports or improving current reports

~ Work closely with the departments Investment team and Operations to improve current workflows

~ Work closely with the departments Investment team and Operations to develop and implement Efront Phase 2.

~ Provide defined information services to Investment Analysts/Portfolio Managers and the management where value-added services can be provided

~ Work as part of an integrated Operations function

~ Understand existing and evolving Investments and reporting implications

~ Maintain key external relationships with External Asset Managers, Bookkeepers and other relevant parties

~ Develop and extend knowledge of key factors affecting MIS

~ Assist team members and carry out other duties as required

Essential Requirements

~ 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Direct or Indirect Investment Accounting & Support Analysis

~ Information management experience in data entry, client interface and database integrity management

~ Understanding of the Real Estate Investment market

~ Understanding of Real Estate Investment processes

~ Proficient with Microsoft Excel

~ Knowledge of Efront or equivalent investment management systems preferred

~ Should have a valid passport
