Job Description

Understand the requirements.Preparing workstrategies for entire recruitment procedure.Screening the resumes of the candidates through various Job Portals.Identifying of right candidate and short-listing.Timely placement of advertisements/job postings on web portals.Bulk Mailing, Job Description and Job opening on different Portals from time to time.Conduct recruitment effort for all personnel from identification of the position till the final selection of the candidate.Recruitment & Selection: Recruitment through jobsite, internal references, Scrutinizing, short listing, co-ordination, scheduling & interviewing candidates. Monitoring & maintaining database.Interacting with the selected candidates between the time span of selection to joining.Preparation of the joining kit for new hires.Preparation of Offer Letters & Appointment lettersTo ensure submission of all the required documents by the new hires and filing them.Scheduling & training co-ordination.Taking care of employees leave related aspects,Employees issues.Candidate Profile: Excellent logical, analytical, organizational skills and leadership qualities.Strong at self-learning capabilities and immense ability to grasp new concepts and apply theAbility to deliver under pressure and tougher deadlines.Leverage on economies of scale and leading industry practices.Improve accuracy and efficiency.Access to new technology.Excellent communication skill.Preferably Male candidates from Mulund & Thane location.Graduate/Diploma in HR.
