Job Description

Ø  Auditing transactions, providing feedback, analyzing errors, implementing action plans to reduce errors within acceptable limits.

Ø  Analyzing, creating and reviewing the quality reports with Management team. Thereafter, implements policies and procedures that ensure error free orders.

Ø  Training new resources

Ø  Creating / updating process documentation
