Develop .net class libraries for ConnPack

• Leading a team technically and involve in code reviews and document reviews

• Analyzing, Designing, providing solution for new requirements, enhancements and issues for new component development or for maintenance of the existing components

• Carry out development and/or maintenance of software projects on C#.Net

• Carry unit testing for the components responsible

• Requirement, Analysis and Design using UML

• Development of Reusable Components and Controls

Creating design,Architecture documents, technical specifications and test cases inline .

• Desirable knowledge of Substation Automation and Communication protocols

• Day to day basis customer interaction for understanding the requirements and issues

• C#.Net development experience

• Worked on atleast 2 complete projects

• Desirable experience in .Net 3.5

• Good Knowledge on Xml and parsing techniques

• Knowledge on Windows 7

• Exposure to all areas of SDLC

• Very good experience in OOAD

• Very good UML based Design would be an added advantage

• Involved in full lifecycle of development projects

• Knowledge of Configuration Management Tools like VSS, Sarena, Rational rose and clear case etc

• High energy, self-driven and motivated

• Good customer interaction and very good communication skills

• Handled a team of atleast 3 peoples as module lead or team lead
