Key Responsibility Areas
Reception Area
? Handling EPABX i.e. Incoming and Outgoing Calls for the office
? Attending to Visitors / Clients
? Handling Inward and Outward Courier and Keeping Record of the same
Secretarial Support
? Managing the Managing Partner’s Diary i.e. Meeting Schedule
? Handling Incoming & Outgoing Mail (Letters, Couriers etc.) for the Managing Partner
? Travel Arrangements including airline and hotel bookings, visa and insurance formalities etc.
? Coordinating Interview Timings as instructed by the HR Department
? Other General Secretarial Assistance
Administrative Responsibilities
? Procuring and Maintaining office equipments in coordination with Admin Division
? Vendor Management (Admin. related work)
? Co-ordination for payment of Vendor bills
? Renewal of AMCs
? Procuring and Disbursing Stationery
? Statutory Bills Payments
? Managing Housekeeping
? Managing Office Assistants
? Purchasing of Pantry consumables
Soft Skills:
- excellent command over english grammar & language
- excellent communication skills
- accurate letter drafting skills &
- be well - conversant with Computers (MS Office including MS Outlook).
