Job Description

Spearhead and manage P & L responsibility for multiple F & A processes currently in different stages of maturity.
For Start up processes - TPM and solutions co-ordination, client relationship management ,
operations management across Geos, Team management etc.
Looking at overall responsibilities into profitability and growth of the vertical.
Participate on client / GEO calls and be able to handle escalations
Provide leadership across all processes.
Review and analysis of periodic reports and metrics.
Ensure Service Level Agreements for the teams’ are met.
Responsible for creating and providing functional and operational reports to executive management
Drive C-Sat, e-Sat and other high impact efficiency metrics
Customer Relationship Management: Interact with senior management of the Client organization
