Job Description

Our Client a Top MNC having its IT/BPO division in Gurgaon is looking for a Field Finance - Team Leader.

The job specifications are mentioned below:

Roles & Responsibility :

Handle Order to Cash process with a specialization in either Contracts/Revenue/Timesheet & Expenses/Invoicing.
Manage teams of 8-10 people
Responsible for day to day operations & ensure all process goals are achieved
Responsible for Management Reporting

Professional Experience:

Overall Experience of 4-5 years with minimum 1 to 2 years in a Team Leading role.
Prior experience in Order to Cash Process is a must.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel required; PeopleSoft ERP experience preferred
Preferable to have Lean/Six Sigma Experience
Has worked on DSO (Daily sales outstanding) , provisions for the doubtful debts calculation, Risk Assessment

Educational Background:

Graduate in Commerce.
MBA/ICWA/CA (Intermediate) a plus.

Shift timings: Day Shift (12:20 Pm - 9:30)
