Excellant Communication skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal associates.
Demonstrated ability to work with a team.
Knowledge of operating policies and procedures.
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Should have had some experience in Training or should have worked in Corporates.* Candidates from Call centers can also apply for this role who are interested in training.
