Job Description

The desired candidate should have at least two years experience on handling out bound or inbound calls for international market. Should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, should posses sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Market research experience would be an advantage. The candidate should maintain highest level of business development expertise by demonstrating fact-finding, probing, presenting & closing skills. Must handle multi tasking activities and should be target oriented at fast pace.

The BDE will be handling the complete business development activities in the International market (USA) by interacting with decision makers from multi facet domains. The candidates should posses expertise in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Market Research, Sales and Fund raising, MS Word/ Excel, Effective E-mail Communication, Pre Sales and Post Sales follow ups etc. Following would be key responsibilities of desired candidate.

• Responsible to promote Membership Services to fortune 1000 companies in US Market.

• Manage entire Sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal presentation and sales closure.

• To cultivate, build and manage relationships with Decision-makers.

• Adept at mapping & analyzing members needs, and providing membership services.

• To identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business with client mapping, cold-calling, focused email campaigns, presentations, etc.

Candidates should be willing to work a night shift (7.30pm to 4.30am, five days a week - US Working hours).
