Job Description

Our Client, one of the Top MNC's having its BPO & IT Divisions in Gurgaon is looking for Team Leader's with relevant experience in either Financial Services or Insurance. 

Candidates would be required to handle a team of about 20-25 FTEs.Domain expertise in Financial Services or Insurance.Manage, train, and help the development of team members.Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams.Effective Client Management.Should have more than an 1.5 years of experience in a Team Leading RoleGraduate in any disciplineComfortable working in shiftsGood Leadership skills
