LEVEL 1:- SYSTEMS AND CLIENT SERVICING ( MARKETING / SALES / ADVERTISING / PROMOTIONS ) LEVEL 2:- DEVELOPMENT INTO A LEADER ( HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT ) LEVEL 3:- DEVELOPMENT INTO A TEAM LEADER ( HUMAN RESOURCE MGMT & ADMINISTRATION ) LEVEL 4:- DEVELOPMENT INTO AN ASST. OWNER ( FINANCE MANAGEMENT ) LEVEL 5:- DEVELOPMENT INTO AN OWNER ( BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ) Key Functions: Advertising / Marketing / Sales / Business Development.

Candidates who successfully complete the training modules will be absorbed by the company internally at the top-level in Management positions as  Branch Heads/ Business Managers, responsible for managing branch-level operations on a day-to-day basis.
