·         SDH, DWDM & SONET technologies

·         Hands on experience in multi vendor Network Management systems is desirable

·         Nortel, Marconi Ericsson & Alcatel SDH/DWDM Equipments

·         Database/OSS  like Cramer, Clarity

·         Should able to handle crisis during migration or Outage time

·         Should have strong knowledge on alarm monitoring and trouble shooting

·         Should have knowledge on the DCN & SYNC concepts

·         Should able to do planned outages in the network
