Stationed at the project site in Cochin, Kerala, IndiaEvolve deployment plans and assume direct responsibility for Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Communication and Document Control, Risk, Resource ManagementCarry out overall coordination of the project while leading the professional team stationed at the site.Management of the professional deployment and the work forceProject scheduling using MS Project PlannerCoordination with architects and engineering consultantsPreparation and submission of progress reports the head officeGenerate the tender package and negotiate with the selected contractors leading to the appointment of the contractorMonitoring of planned work schedules and taking the required corrective actionsImplement strict quality control procedures to ensure international standard delivery.Plan and monitor the material supply system for the projectEnsure that the safety aspect is strictly adhered to.Certification of monthly paymentsHandling of the necessary submissions to the authorities and subsequent co-ordinationRequirement
Good degree in Architecture or Civil EngineeringSite experience in implementation of Hotel project is mandatoryInternational exposure outside India is mandatoryDeep understanding of the hotel Industry and its related playersAble to travel within India to meet project requirements and to oversee projects in other StatesConfident personality and able to rapidly establish interpersonal connectionsPro-active nature, self starter and able to work independentlyStrong emphasis on meeting deadlinesCommitted to ensuring high standard of deliveryExpert at handling MS Office: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS ProjectView the original article here
