Job Description

Must have more than 1+ years of hands on experience with Installation and commissioning of any Electrical/ Electronic products in industrial environment.

Should be Familiar with Electrical wiring pertaining to Industrial equipments/Telecom equipments(like DG’s , SMPS, Air conditioners etc)

Must have handled after sale service support role.

Should be able to trouble shoot field issues relating the product being supported thro’ site visit / over the phone.

Must be able to assess & plan the installation at customer place given the electrical wiring requirements. Must be able to upgrade products with new software/hardware

Must be able to use electronic measuring equipments and tools for trouble shooting issues with electrical & electronic units.

General Industrial awareness with the different PLC and/or micro controller based products.

Must be willing to travel anywhere in India at short notices & willing to work in shifts.

Providing product training to customer members would be a plus

Knowledge of Computers & MS-Office is a must

Knowledge of Hindi, English and Telugu is a must

Knowledge of Kannada, and Tamil would be an advantage

Provide inputs to enhance products considering field issues and customer feedback.

Providing technical support to field team over the phone for Installation & commissioning with agreed SLA's

On-field technical support on a case to case basis

On-field training to field teams & customers

Interacting with Field team, Operation centre team and Backend support team for closing the service calls
