Job Description:
Maintain Company's registers and files.
Maintaining the all employee's profiles like Personal details, Employment details and Salary details.
Arranging meetings, preparation of agenda & minutes for circulation to members.
Taking care of Inwards & Outgoing Courier, mail & Fax.
Tax payment, TDS / PF payment, General payments.
Maintenance of Files and Registers.
Executive Support, Office Management.
Maintaining Staff Attendance.
Desired candidate profile :
Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
Basic Computer / MS Office knowledge.
Knowledge of Tally would be advantage.
Energetic, Self-driven and Motivated.
0 - 3 Years of Experience from Any industry.
