Job Description
Candidate will primarily be responsible for the following:
Developing detailed proposals, cost estimates/quotations, and RFI answers based on the information Successfully customize pitch, communications and presentations Tender Bid documentation (Handling RFQ’s/RFI and RFP’s). Sales support documents (presentation, solution documents / whitepapers) Create and own a process around proposals and bids Create a repository of information and organize/ manage it for repetitive use Suggest gaps/improvements to the management Training sales and support staff for tendering and bidding processes Create a SLA for departments with regards to submission of information required for effective bidding. Work in close association with sales team and push/guide/support them either for seeking relevant information from clients, vendors or other stake holders.Secondary responsibilities
To be successful in this position, the individual requires good written and oral communication skills. It requires superb co-ordination skills between multiple departments simultaneously. The Manager-Bids must be able to push and draw required information from people, both with-in Netmagic and outside. Presentation and organization skills are must and also should be able to prioritize tasks objectively with a clear deadline in place.IT Infrastructure experience will be highly preferred.View the original article here
