Job Description

1> Candidate having good hands on experience in IT Recruitment process or in Technical Recruitment process.

2> Good English communications skills should be needed.

3> Network through industry contacts,association membership,trade groups and employees.

4>Co-ordinate and inplement independent recruitment process.

5>Administrative duties and record keeping related with Recruitment process.

6> Create job descriptions.

7>Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

8>Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

9>Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

10>Locate and find where to find ideal candidates.

11>Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.

12>Manitain regular contact with possible future candidates.

13>Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.

14>Assist in preparing and sending offer packages

15>Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

16>Skills in database management.

17>Effective oral and written communications skills.

18>Effective organisational skills.
