Job Description:
· To provide secretarial work
· Business planning and supporting the Chairman and Managing Director with preparation of presentation materials
· Interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
· Assisting in preparation and logistical planning for upcoming events (conferences, workshops, negotiations etc)
· Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently
· Travel arrangements, preparation of travel requests and statement of expenses
· Scheduling of meetings and screening of phone-calls
· Personal records (confidential) maintenance
· Training coordination
