"Senior Flex developer" with 5 to 7 yrs experience, combined with any RDBMS Knowledge and past Business object development experience in Xcelcius is added advantage.

Job Description:  Senior Flex based Report Developer.  (Primary skill required: Flex development)

·          5 to 7 years of experience custom apps on Adobe Flex/Java/J2EE applications
Experience designing & Implementing Adobe Flex 4.0 based User interfaces; Strong Hands-on Flex development experience

·          Key skills: Flex, Actionscript,  AJAX, AS 3, Javascript, GUI, PHP, SQL, Linux, Web Developer, Front End,ActionScript Programmer,

·          Strong Report development technical leadership with product development expertise from architecting to implementation

·          Should have exposure in driving/architecting from business needs with strong expertise on "usability/visualization of business needs".

·          Should be able to guide team of 5+ people technically & own team deliverables.

·          Rich Knowledge and vastly experienced in developing reports using Flex technology.

·          Past report development experience shall include using Business Objects tools like Crystal Reports, Xcelsius, and BO.NET.

·          Actively involved in all life cycles of a Data warehousing project starting from Data Modeling, ETL Design & Implementation and Reporting.

·          Must be able to define intuitive & elegant report screen layouts for given business requirements

·          Must be able to organize heirarchy and order of different reports in a simple and intuitive manner

·          Must be able to recommend best choices of charts, colours and layouts for the business requirements

·          Must be able to define dashboard organization

·          Must be able to define the minimum yet most essential user inputs required to generate various charts

·          Must have solid & verifiable prior experience in delivering business applications in the "Rich Internet Application RIA" domain

·          Strong hands-on expertise PL/SQL Scripts, performance tuning of reports and SQL queries.
