1) Maintain the data base of company mail IDs
2) Maintain details of incoming complaints in a structured format.
3) Maintain the details of the maintenance people‘s visit to client’s office on a day to day basis.
4) Make challans and give details to accountant related to service reports, challan &bills.
5) Raise bills on the a/c department in time. 6) Keep a track of the due date of quarterly maintenance for all companies.
2) Computer Operator
1) Database will be provided.
2) Calling the board line number and getting the e-mail ID of the concerned admin authority.
3) Mailing the E-brochure on the mail IDs.
3) Forwarding the details of the number of reverts received every day to the admin department.
4) Attend incoming calls regarding complaints and take down the details along with the concerned person’s number and forward the same to admin department.3) Customer Associate/Customer Service Executive
1) Attend incoming calls on the toll-free number.
2) Solve queries and troubleshoot when require.
3) Escalate the matter ,if required, to the technical department
4) Open to work in 8 hours rotational shifts.
5) Basic knowledge of computer & internet required.
6) Able to converse in Hindi and English.
4) Receptionist
1) Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries when ever possible.
2) Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
3) Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public

6) Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
