Job Description
Position: SME / TL / AM
Objectives of Role
· Execute day to day operations on updating the contract management for clients.
· Support Client Carrier Relationship Managers in the negotiations of contracts with client vendors on behalf of Clients
· To identify and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of processes.
· To support and sustain a high performance team
· To prepare financial analysis reports and support management team.
To handle escalation calls and disputes raised by clients and vendors
Main Accountabilities
Operational Responsibilities
· Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis. Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department
· Implement practices and metrics to improve operational efficiencies
· Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor Client-specific operations and Automate reports
· To analyze on cost management and implement new network changes
· Need to Negotiate on Contracts for clients with their vendors
· Generate Financial analysis reports
· Ensure to build models to support negotiations
· Provide support on Project management activities as required
· Need to do price analysis for client relationship managers
· Generate Financial analysis work with on-shore team by getting inputs from Execution and Regional Managers
Manage and develop solutions to resolve frauds and risks
People Management Responsibilities
· Need to be a good team player
· Participate and be involved in management activities.
· Provide feedback and help team members in process improvements and KT the process as required.
· Participate in conducting health assessments and improvement opportunities and audits for the project on a periodic basis and communicate to management, and key stakeholders
· Validate the inputs and suggestions provided by team players on process improvements
Encourage team building activities.
Mandatory (Must have)
· Experience in generating reports for management review. Should be able to analyze base data (data dump) and be able to transform into a recommendation for the Management team
· Experiences in data mining and usage of various excel functions and formulas. Should have demonstrated this capability in projects completed for leadership team
· Should have experience with Initiatives that led to direct/ indirect optimization of the existing Processes / learning helping the team in reducing costs / time
· Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel).
· Ability to prepare power point presentations, Convert analysis in to meaningful management presentations
· Has an experience in Analyzing and recommending process improvements.
· Experienced on projects in the Accounting, Network Optimization, and Inventory
Any Graduation / Post Graduation / BE/ MBA with 3-8 experience from telecom Industry since the analysis and contract management is for core domain
