About the role

) Lead and Execute the Security Strategy of Orange India

2) Assist sales in preparation of Technical and Commercial proposals on Security offerings ranging from Information Security Consulting, Security Audits, Security Management and SOC Services

3) Evaluate, prepare and publish industrialized Security Offerings along with Sales guides and collaterals for the sales team to pitch the services in the market.

4) Empanel Orange in suitable bodies such as CERT-IN, DIT etc to help receive new leads related with Security

5) Prepae RFP Responses

6) Work with customers to understan their needs and take a consulative approach in helping them finalize their requirements

7) Prepare RFP Responses

i) Work with customers to understand their needs and take a consultative approach in helping them finalize their requirements

ii) work with the other members in the Presales team in developing Proposals and responding to RFP's and RFQ's.

iii) build creative solutions and smart approach to make a winning proposal with strict time deadlines.

iv) coordinate with other business units such as commercial, service delivery and collate their inputs in building the best solution approach.

v) Will interface with Sales team to get all the information required to address complete RFP requirements.

vi) Will quickly come up with broad architectural response for the proposal, building processes, checklists, tools etc. to enable quality and productivity in proposal

1) Should be B.E. / B.Tech / MBA with 6 to 8 Years of experience in Security Services in leading organizations

2) Should have 2-3 years of experience as Team Lead / Program Manger in a Security Operation Center

3) Should possess few leading security certifications

4) Should have excellent understanding of ITIL and Information Security Controls

5) Should have understanding of various compliance requirements and show aptitude to develop quick understanding of new Compliances

6) Should have excellent written and oral communication and inter-peronal skills

7) Should have excellent presentation skills

8) Should be able to do accurate cost and effort estimations
