SECRETARY
Candidate should fulfill the following requirements:
Graduate and highly computer literate. Hands on experience in MS office.Minimum 3 years experience in general office administration Ability to organize and prioritize to ensure that allocated tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.Office Accounting including filling of statements and keeping account of expenses.Arranging travel itinerary for Sales and Service personnel visit, hotel booking, etc.Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressureFluency in English (verbal & written) is a mustPreferred age – below 30 yearsWe offer a dynamic work environment in a young and motivated team, and the opportunity for a high degree of independence, personal responsibility and growth.
