Job Description

JD OF FRONT OFFICE CUM ADMIN

Provision of high level administrative support involving efficient handling of correspondence, management of document flow etc.

 Preparing official documents such as letters, notices, and reports.

? Attending to customers at the front desk and addressing their queries & assisting them to the concerned official departments.

? Organizing travel, accommodation and conference/ presentation/ event/ official get togethers/ parties etc.

? Handling Personnel matters, office equipment, communication instruments, house keeping, office automation, office administration, transport & canteen. Managing AMCs for the same.

? Associating new vendors & coordinating with them for accomplishing the desired supplies.

? Managing the administrative work of employee access card involving updating the cards for activation/ deactivation and downloading the attendance from the software & converting it into the excel sheet.

? Maintaining attendance register, punch card machines & leave records as per the norms.

? Handling & controlling the complete inward/ outward movement of courier (local/ national/ international).

? Handling room’s check-in/ check-out, shifting and other services in accordance with reservation and occupancy levels in an effective manner and attaining excellence in guest satisfaction.

Front end operations entailing: coordinating with housekeeping boys to ensure that the reception area is clean and Guest Serving the Visitors
Back end operations entailing: Maintaining pantry inventory, stationary ordering & distribution, First Aid Box
