Recruitment Policy making and implementing. Employee Relations. R&R. Database Management. MIS Reports HR Report Knowledge of Statutory compliances. Counselling of employees. Grievance handling. Facilitate collaborative employer-employee relationships. Arrange Employee Welfare Activities. Handle all payroll functions. Structure salary packages. Tabulation of monthly salary of all employees. Manage internal HR activities. Proficient in using various recruitment tools like Job Portals, Walk-in Interviews, Head Hunting, Referrals. Salary negotiation with the selected candidates. Inducting newly recruited employees regarding organizational issues, employee benefits, roles & responsibilities. Identify job related competencies using the job description forms.
