Job Description
1. Back office sales co-ordination which includes handling inquiries, sending quotations/ proforma invoice, arranging demos & visits etc. & completing all the documentation for effective & complete sales process.
2. Coordinate with other departments, network offices & disseminate all the information within sales team regarding inquiries and quotations sent, for complete execution of sales which includes;
Generating Leads
Promptly redressing inquiries received
Assigning leads to respective executives or network offices
Follow up for the sales closure both with respective executives and prospective client
Disseminating all related information to the management
3. Helping in lead generation through data mining from various trade magazines, directories, business websites etc. & creating referrals from existing clients
4. Regularly updating client information in database, Preparing detailed report of leads received / inquiries & quotation sent / demos done / Follow ups made / deals closed etc, Timely & accurate updation of activities in Software
5.Regular reporting to the management on daily/weekly/monthly sales activities
6.Collection of Accounts receivables & ensure AMC renewals
