Job Description

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

Set Up and Lead the delivery of the testing capability within the IT Technical Shared Service Centre for the Group business units, domains and countries.
-Ensure all test services are delivered to agreed requirements, milestones, cost and quality.
-Manage the transition to client of existing test services within Group as well as setting up new testing services.
- Act as an ambassador for client promoting testing capabilities to the Group and be the first point of management escalation.
-Ensure a common approach and standards are adopted for testing across all services.
- Take responsibility for defining and implementing the test strategy and methodology whilst driving productivity improvements in the test approach.
- Ensure resource availability to meet all the test service demand roadmaps arranging cover when needed and develop the team members in line with the needs of the Test service.
- Develop the test resources ensuring a career development path to retain and develop the internal resources.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience of establishing and leading IT Testing teams on shore and offshore in a multi-national global environment and is ideally ISTQB certified.
