Responsible in managing a multi-line phone service (EPABX), which included calls from various location (national & international), and answering questions of the Clients, Customers and Callers, and guiding them to the proper department.
Performing skilled computerized procedures and data entry procedures & responding to email and fax inquiries.
Maintaining a daily census for the establishment and managed the supply service that included ordering and tracking of stationeries.
Ensuring knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
General administrative and clerical support.
Prepare letters and documents.
Schedule appointments & maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically, organize meetings.
Assisting the company officials in travel and lodging arrangements, which include international hotel bookings, passport assistance, visa assistance and much other documentation.
Assisting Administration department in employee transportation and maintaining the transport log sheet. Daily routine correspondence, paperwork, management of accounts and responding to emails
Organising appointments between employees and clients and always maintained an excellent Interpersonal relationship with all customers and was a prominent member of the Greeting committee.
Drafting correspondence and booked appointments for CEO, COO, VP’s, Division Heads & Senior managers.
Also assisting HR with hiring procedures, coordination of interviews & Identity Card activation.
Assisting the Accounts department in daily accounting works & check preparation.
File management.
Vendor management (Printing, stationary & other office requirements)
