Job Description

8 - 12+ years sales and operations experience with Strong business and finance acumen

Strong Account Management skills, Results driven, Excellent sales and organizational skills

A record of strong performance in sales revenue generation, consistently exceeding goals

Understanding of network and network related services market

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, or MBA

The position shall be accountable for the delivery, management and performance of the sales operations in the assigned Accounts/ territory, including managing the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations of Orange in the accounts & territory.

Strategy for Account Management

Work closely with Presales and delivery teams to develop new opportunity & cater existing Customer’s requirement

Ensure grwth f range Business Services Business, in area f NRS (netwrk related services) business & system Integratin, in line with assigned budgets

versee the lng term sales grwth and strategy in assigned Accunts alng with new business develpment

Develp new pprtunities and surces f revenue generatin in the assigned territry

Develp fcused Strategic Accunt Plans fr named

End t end respnsibility f managing sales deals and selling at the highest level

Respnsible fr crdinating tender/business prpsals and technical presentatins as per custmer requirements

Cnsultative sales in the area f Netwrks, System Integratin

Imprving market cverage, prfitability, custmer satisfactin

Develp plans t build pprtunities pipeline (t exceed 3 x rder-t-g-target by mid-year)

Sales Achievement: Achieve delivery f cmmitted sales targets thrugh active participatin in reviewing sales pprtunities, in netwrking with ptential custmers' senir management members and in driving the clsure f the deals.

Priritize sales pprtunities and executin f delivery

Manage verall sales prcess and set apprpriate metrics fr sales funnel management

Leverage pprtunities with key partners such as Avaya, Cisc , Nrtel , Alcatel, Juniper etc. fr lcally develped slutins

Leverage glbal slutins prtfli and relatinships wrking with Pan glbal sales / business teams
