Job Description
Position Title : Executive - AdministrationLocation : Vasco – da – Gama Qualification : GraduateExperience : 3 to 5 yearsAge : 25 to 30 yrsDesired Competencies :Ø Good Computer Knowledge.Ø Excellent command of written and oral communication skills.Responsibilities :Ø Looking after administration functions with regard to office upkeep and maintenance.
Ø Coordinating with Port with regard to Port Passes and payments to port in this regard.
Ø Coordinating for Port Entry passes for Passenger vessels activity, and serving as a liaison on board the Passenger Vessel during its stay in port.
Ø Liasoning with Airport authorities when ship's spares received by air.
Ø Coordinating all Hotel and Taxi arrangements for visiting Principals and JMB office staff.
Ø Coordinating all Taxi use and billing thereof for all Agency, Stevedoring, CNF and container functions.
Salary :Salary will be commensurate with Industry standards and match the best in the Industry.
