About the role
Requirement study, design & develop IVR applications
Perform Change Requests (PRI additions, application changes, etc.)
IVR installation & maintenance
Ensure proper monitoring as per the available tools onsite.
Ensure Proper Documentation - Process wise documentation
Ensure Proper storage of documentation and housekeeping
Ensure Backups for all components are stored and archived as per policy
Prompt complaint handling in order to ensure SLAs
Proactively Follow up and ensure resolution of cases in co-ordination with seniors/NOC team
Ensure Proper escalation of technical/HR related issues to the seniors
About you
Hands-on on one or more IVR platforms AVP / CVP / MPS 500/1000 / Intervoice
VXML scripting
IVR Application Troubleshooting
Hands-on on the MPS Developer (PeriPro) and MPS Studio (Peri Studio) tools
Knowledge of various databases
Hands-on on SQL queries, stored procedures, etc.
Hands-on on Solaris
Knowledge of SS7 protocol
Knowledge of Speech Technologies
conversant with Avaya/Nortel/Cisco NTP’s and Avaya/Nortel/Cisco Solution search.
