Insurance - all types.Bank formalities for working capital finance.Foreign collaboration agreements - Payment of Royalties.MIS.Sales Tax-Maharashtra+other states.Income Tax assesment, Appeal, Tribunal.Personal Income tax returns.Company Law.Satisfy the quires of Internal auditor.Statutory Audit - Internal/External.Accounts Finalization.
Commercial - C-Forms, Road permit.Legal matters - regards to recovery, collection.
