Job Description
* Handle a team of Agriculture Officers, motivate and monitor them closely for compliance and performance as well.
* Identification of potential business correspondents and MFIs and manage the relationship with them.
* Asses the credentials of the prospective clients, prepare the credit approval memo and forward for approval and periodical renewal of the same.
* Account opening for the new clients including verification of KYC (Know Your Customer) documents.
* On time collection of repayment.
* Problem Solving.
* Credit counseling to the ultimate borrower.
* Implementation of ID cards.
* Implementation of Anywhere Banking Terminal (ABT) for the financial transactions.
Flair for working with rural clients and willing to travel extensively to rural areas
Good working knowledge on Office automation tools
