Fuctional Role
1 > For TL he has to manage a team of 8 to 10 Pepople
2 > Has to do Performance appraisal of the Team
3 > Intercat with Business leaders and customers
4 > Has to soil his / her hands to resolve critcal problems
5 > Has to impart Training
