Job Description
End to end recruitment for various verticals (BFSI/IT/Oil & Gas).Will be working for International clients.Interact with International candidate and brief them about the roles and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, challenges and rewards etc.Responsible to source, screen, interview and match them against requirements for positions.Apply various methods of recruitment like networking, headhunting and referrals.Co-ordinate with the candidates to reach mutually beneficial platform for employment.Building database on various skill and maintaining active pool.Continuous interaction with the candidate till closure.Updated and maintain MIS Report.Mapping of industry and networking through different sources.Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have min 1 years experience in international recruitments.Good communication skills.Computer Literate.Graduate or post graduate.Should be experienced in sourcing profiles through various modes of recruitment like generating references, portals, Head hunting etc.Benefits
