Job Description
JD for Recruitment Positions1. Outdoor Sales Executive
Qualification : Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Work Experience : 4 – 10 Years (Digital/Telecom/Home Appliances)
Age Group : 25 – 35 Years
Candidate Profile: Should be confident, aggressive and target oriented. Should possess good negotiation and networking abilities. Should be a team player and possess excellent communication skills. Should have experience in Dealer Management & New Business Development.
Job Profile : Penetrate the assigned market by visiting dealers on a regular basis and provide materials as per requirements and thereby achieve the given sales target. Assist dealers to solve problems like replacements, service complaints, sales returns, product training, etc. Appointment and registration of new dealers. Setting the monthly target for dealers, incentive and other schemes and follow up the same. Responsible for collections. Prepare daily sales report and monthly review sheets for assigned territories
2. Assistant Manager : Corporate Sales
Qualification : MBA – Sales & Marketing
Work Experience : 5 – 10 Years (Consumer Electronics preferred)
Age Group : 30 – 35 Years
Candidate Profile: Should possess strong interpersonal & communication skills, good networking ability, should be strong negotiator and target oriented.
Job Profile : Generate leads and visit customers in the corporate environment - tie up, promotions and regular corporate consumption. Identify business opportunities by surveying new hotels, real estate developments, new commercial developments and government projects undertaken on national level and maximize corporate sales potential. Responsible to ensure that strategy is in place to identify business opportunities and maximize corporate sales potential. Candidate should have effective management and monitoring of existing corporate relations with clients. Candidate will work closely with management team to develop a long term strategy for growing corporate segment in the organization.
3. Executive : Corporate Sales
Qualification : Graduate / MBA – Sales & Marketing
Work Experience : 3 – 7 Years (Consumer Electronics preferred)

4. Shipping Officer
Qualification : B.Com./Management Graduate
Work Experience : 1 - 5 Years
Age Group : 22 - 27 Years
Candidate Profile: Should possess strong communication & correspondence skills. Should be a team player. Should be familiar with basic accounting principles. Should have knowledge of` the International shipping standards, rules and regulations. Should have knowledge on Import and Export documentation.
Job Profile : Provide shipping instruction to principles. Prepare standing guarantee for all Import/Re-Export customs bills and maintains the data on ERP. Arrange insurance survey for survey request sent by warehouse and preparing claim bill after the survey. Monitor all shipments on receipt of shipment documents. Update container list on receipt of copy documents or original documents from the shipping/freight forwarding company. Maintain record of PI, sales confirmation and shipping instructions.
5. A/C Technicians
Qualification : ITI / Diploma in AC
Work Experience : 2 - 10 Years
Age Group : 25 - 35 Years
Candidate Profile: Should have relevant work experience as an AC Technician and from the industry.
Job Profile : Perform preliminary test and diagnosis of units. Prepare job estimate for servicing, repairs and troubleshoot; request and collection of spare-parts. Test the repaired units and take approval from the customers on the repaired item. Provide technical support to the customer. Transport un-repaired units from customer’s place to service centre and return the same after repair. Ensure that all service equipment and tools are complete and in good working condition. Coordinate customer complaints, repair status of units and other service related matter to the service coordinators.
6. Sales - Coordinator
Qualification : Graduate
Work Experience: 2 - 8 Years
Age Group : 23 - 28 Years
Candidate Profile: Should be customer oriented. Should be team player with strong communication & correspondence skills. Should be good at MS Office.
Job Profile : Responsible for assisting and responding in the most courteous and polite manner to the needs, concern and queries of customers and in enduring that customer complaints are avoided. Coordinate with technicians regarding customer concerns. Ensure that all necessary documents related to the customer transactions such as repair, warranty card, official receipt, purchase of accessories, release of units are properly signed, issued and furnished to the person concerned.
7. Executive - HR
Qualification : Graduate/MBA (HR)
Work Experience : 1 - 5 Years
Age Group : 22 - 25 Years
Candidate Profile: Should be a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Should possess good communication and correspondence skills.
